Belipola is in the South Eastern Hill Country of Sri Lanka. It is located in between the towns of Welimada and Bandarawela, each12 kms away and 25kms from Nuwara Eliya and 20km from Ella.
From Bandarawela, take the Welimada road to the Mirahawatta-Diyatalawa Rd in Mirahawatta. After the 10km road marker but before the 11km road marker, turn left onto Mirahawatta-Diyatalawa Rd (it will be the first left turn after the 10km post – if you pass the post office, you’ve gone too far). Travel for 1km (first flatish and then swinging in a broad left and then right turn and then uphill; pass by Mirahawtta Muslim School (on the left at 700 m)) and where the road levels out you will see a shop on the left. At this point a dirt road veers off gently to the left from the paved road and runs slightly downhill. Belipola is about 400 metres down this dirt road and on the left hand side. When the countryside on the left suddenly becomes forest you will know you are at Belipola.

Please make sure you check for sleeprette and sleeper options in advance, as these book out early.
